The Rev. Dr. Marcos A. Miranda, BCC, BCCS is Founder, President and CEO of New York State Chaplain Task Force. He also serves as senior pastor at Action In Christ International and as assistant dean at New York Divinity School. An author, consultant and educator, he has traveled throughout the country delivering lectures, trainings and workshops on crisis, trauma and disaster spiritual care. A board certified chaplain and board certified clinical supervisor, he supervises CPE students at the Institute for Clinical Pastoral Training and serves as chaplain at the New York Field Office of Homeland Security Investigations and the New York State Fraternal Order of Police.
