Registering Registering is easy!  Simply complete the registration form below and you will receive confirmation of your reservation by email.  Then simply show up and you will be asked to complete DMV registration form and make payment at the classroom.  Local lodge officers should ask about our special arrangements for a "lodge sponsored class".

Payment must be made by check or money order when you appear at the facility. 
Checks will be written to: NYSFOP (cash is not acceptable)

  • $40.00 for Non FOP members
