These cards are FREE to members of the FOP, they can be used at any participating pharmacy to receive a discount on prescriptions. Members can give these cards to friends and family members!! To print out a copy of your card, click the card to the right. You will have to cut it out yourself.

FOP Group Dental Plan
American Dental
The NYSFOP have negotiated an exclusive "Freedom Plan" for NYSFOP Members and their families. This plan covers 23 procedures at no charge, and has 10 American Dental Super Centers in NYC and Long Island. The cost for a FOP member is $89 for the year, and is $199 a year for your entire family.
